Thank you so much for your interest; I’m not taking new clients or adding to a waitlist at this time. You’re welcome to share a bit about yourself using the contact form, and I’ll review recent notes when a spot opens.
Warmly, Julia
It’s your inner compass, steady and true, guiding you home to yourself.
You’re ready to meet yourself with honesty and wonder—to honor your past, trust your inner knowing, and shape a future that’s truly your own.
Working together is a bit like exploring a forest where we know there’s hidden treasure.
We don’t have a map of the territory, but I’ve walked many forests before. I know how to listen to the land, move with care, and help you feel safe enough to discover your own wild terrain.
In this forest, the path is you.
And the treasure? That’s you too.
Together, we can engage the powerful portal of the present moment to enter your inner world, the world inside your skin, the world of the brilliant, complex, mysterious being that is YOU.
I offer steadiness, softness, loving presence, reverence, humor, and space for you to feel all you feel, be all of who you are, walk the sacred path of your own evolution, and bask in the glow of your own becoming.
You feel a gentle, insistent pull—a whisper from within—urging you to know yourself more intimately.
You know it’s time to take a stand, to set more and better boundaries, and to stop apologizing for being a powerful and sovereign being, a gem.
You’ve grown weary of repeating the same patterns, bumping into the same invisible walls, longing for something to shift.
You’re ready to touch old wounds with tenderness and begin the slow, sacred work of healing.
You’re ready to invite in relationships that honor your depth, starting with your relationship with yourself.
You’re curious about sensuality, your desire, your embodiment, and ready to reclaim the sexual aliveness that is your birthright.
My approach is rooted in Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy–a gentle, body-centered modality grounded in mindfulness and loving presence. I bring over a decade of experience teaching Hakomi to practitioners around the world.
Studying, receiving, offering, and teaching Hakomi has been a process of radical transformation and liberation for me: a journey of self-awareness and self-compassion, of realizing my own goodness and value, a coming home to myself. It was a huge sea change in all my relationships– with myself, with others, and with the world.
We often say that “Hakomi is not for the faint of heart.“ Change is inherently disorganizing as a new, healthier way of being emerges. It can make you feel worse before you feel better. The process can be full of surprises, and not all of them are pleasant, but on the whole, so WORTH IT.
Worth it to become more whole, more aligned with your innate wisdom and your integrity, more authentically YOU. You who is unlike anyone who has ever lived and is unlike anyone who will come in future generations.
Depending on what seems most beneficial for you, I may also draw from:
to support internal integration
to nurture healthy eroticism and heal sexual trauma
for nervous system regulation and trauma healing
to combine power with heart in your relationships
